Art at Silverwood, Natural World, FotoMatter Collective, March 12–April 30, 2026
Natural World brings together the FotoMatter Collective in a group exhibition that explores humanity’s evolving relationship with nature through photography, installation, book arts and time-based media. Addressing themes of environmental interconnectedness, memory, identity and transformation, the artists present landscapes not as backdrops, but as active participants in human stories. Rooted in collaboration and critique, FotoMatter offers a multifaceted, immersive experience that invites viewers to reflect on how we shape—and are shaped by—the natural world.
CIVILIZATION: The Way We Live Now, Curated by William Ewing and Holly Roussell Perret-Gentil, presented by FEP
The exhibition "addresses and illuminates major aspects of our increasingly global 21st century civilization. It stresses the fact that contemporary civilization is an extremely complex collective enterprise. Never before in human history have so many people been so interconnected, and so dependent on one another."
